These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the dhokebaji platform and all its services. By accessing the dhokebaji website or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

dhokebaji is an online gaming platform that offers cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, bingo and various other entertainment game services. This platform is operated entirely for entertainment purposes and encourages users to play games responsibly.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh and are applicable to Bangladeshi users. In the event of any dispute, the laws of Bangladesh will apply.

Only one account is permitted per individual, family, household or device. Attempting to operate multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any earned bonuses being cancelled.

dhokebaji reserves the right to verify the identity of an account holder at any time. For this purpose, a national identity card, passport or other government-approved documents may be requested. Identity verification may be mandatory before funds can be withdrawn.

The security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. Please strictly follow the points below to keep your account secure:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after logging in on a public or shared device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the dhokebaji support team immediately.
• dhokebaji will not be liable for any loss arising from a breach of account security.

5.1 Depositing Funds

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the dhokebaji platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳100.

• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.
• Depositing using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.
• Once each deposit transaction is successfully completed, the funds will be added to your account.

5.2 Withdrawing Funds

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

dhokebaji offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

6.2 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus funds and real funds are tracked separately.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time, unless specifically stated.
• dhokebaji reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus misuse or fraud is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Each bonus can only be used once.

6.3 VIP Program

dhokebaji's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%, the Silver tier up to 0.7% and the Gold tier up to 1.0%. VIP benefits are subject to change at dhokebaji's discretion.

All games on the dhokebaji platform are operated through third-party game providers. The following rules apply when playing games:

• Each game has its own rules which can be viewed when the game loads.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical error, the result of that round may be cancelled.
• dhokebaji is not responsible for any loss caused by a network disconnection.
• Game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• Cricket betting and all other sports betting event results are settled based on officially announced scores.
• dhokebaji does not guarantee a specific win rate for any game.

All game results are independent and fair. dhokebaji regularly reviews its systems to ensure fair play. In the event of any dispute, dhokebaji's decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dhokebaji platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Hacking, reverse engineering or any form of manipulation of game software.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Fraudulent behaviour or cheating against other users.
• Impersonating dhokebaji staff.
• Cyber attacks or harmful activities against the platform.
• Allowing minors or ineligible persons to use the account.
• Conducting transactions using third-party funds.

If a prohibited activity is detected, dhokebaji may close the relevant account and forfeit all funds without prior notice. The relevant authorities will be informed if necessary.

9.1 Closure at User Request

You may request to close your account at any time via our live chat. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and the available balance will be returned (excluding bonuses).

9.2 Suspension or Closure by dhokebaji

dhokebaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Suspicion of financial fraud.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.
